6. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid a standard cancellation fee. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in reduced service scope or forfeiture of the appointment slot entirely.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our services and website materials are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Obsidian Premium makes no guarantees regarding the exact final outcome of styling services due to the variable condition of individual vehicles.
